Pricing and Payment
All prices are shown in the currency indicated at checkout and are exclusive of taxes and shipping unless stated otherwise. We may correct any pricing errors, inaccuracies, or omissions and may cancel orders arising from such errors, even after an order has been submitted or confirmed. Promotional offers, discount codes, and free-shipping thresholds may be limited in time, quantity, or eligibility and may be modified or withdrawn at any time.
Subscriptions, Auto-Renewal, and Cancellation
Some products are offered on a recurring subscription basis (for example, monthly or quarterly plans). By enrolling in a subscription, you authorize us and our payment processor to charge your payment method on a recurring basis at the then-current price and interval you selected, plus applicable taxes and shipping, until you cancel.
- Automatic renewal. Subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing cycle unless you cancel before the next renewal date. We will provide any pre-renewal or pricing-change notice required by applicable law.
- How to cancel. You may cancel a subscription at any time, using a method at least as simple as the one you used to enroll, through your account, your order or subscription-management emails, or by contacting service@uhealthfit.com. Cancellation stops future renewals; it does not retroactively refund a cycle that has already been charged and shipped, except as required by our Refund Policy or applicable law.
- Price changes. We may change subscription pricing on a going-forward basis. Material changes will be communicated in advance as required by law, and your continued subscription after the change takes effect constitutes acceptance of the new price.
SMS and Email Marketing
If you opt in to marketing text messages, you consent to receive recurring automated promotional and personalized messages at the number provided. Consent is not a condition of any purchase. Message and data rates may apply, and message frequency varies. You can opt out at any time by replying STOP to any message, and you can reply HELP for help. You can unsubscribe from marketing emails using the link in any such email. Standard carrier messaging terms apply.

Limitation of Liability

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Uhealth Trading Inc., its affiliates, and their respective officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or related to your breach of these Terms, your misuse of the site or products, or your violation of any law or the rights of a third party.
Dispute Resolution
Informal Resolution
We encourage you to contact us first so we can try to resolve any dispute or concern informally. Many issues can be resolved through direct communication with our customer service team at service@uhealthfit.com. Before starting arbitration, you agree to send us a written description of the dispute and to allow at least 60 days to resolve it.
Binding Arbitration
If a dispute cannot be resolved informally, it shall be settled by binding individual arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association (AAA) under its Consumer Arbitration Rules then in effect. The arbitration shall take place in Orange County, New York, or, at your election, by telephone, videoconference, or document submission. The arbitrator’s award may be entered in any court of competent jurisdiction. Either party may bring an individual claim in small-claims court instead of arbitration if it qualifies.
Class Action Waiver
You and uhealthfit agree to resolve disputes only on an individual basis, and you waive any right to participate in a class action, class-wide arbitration, or representative action, and any right to a jury trial. If this Class Action Waiver is found unenforceable as to a particular claim, that claim (and only that claim) shall be severed and brought in court.
Right to Opt Out of Arbitration
You may opt out of this Dispute Resolution section by emailing service@uhealthfit.com within 30 days of first accepting these Terms, stating your name and that you wish to opt out of arbitration. Opting out will not affect any other part of these Terms.
Governing Law
These Terms and any dispute arising out of or relating to them or the Services are governed by the laws of the State of New York and applicable U.S. federal law (including the Federal Arbitration Act), without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Subject to the Dispute Resolution section above, the state and federal courts located in Orange County, New York will have exclusive jurisdiction over any matter not subject to arbitration.
General Terms
These Terms, together with the policies referenced here, are the entire agreement between you and us regarding the Services and supersede any prior agreements. If any provision is held invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in effect. Our failure to enforce any right or provision is not a waiver of that right. You may not assign these Terms without our consent; we may assign them in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets. We are not liable for any delay or failure to perform caused by events beyond our reasonable control. We may suspend or terminate your access to the Services at any time for conduct that violates these Terms or applicable law.
