This Consumer Health Data Privacy Policy explains how Uhealth Trading Inc. (“UHealthFit”, “we”, “us”) collects, uses and shares consumer health data through uhealthfit.com and our online checkout, and the rights you have over it. It supplements our Privacy Policy. For the people it covers, where the two differ about consumer health data, this policy applies.
Effective date: October 23, 2026.
Who This Policy Covers
This policy applies to you if:
- you live in Washington, or your consumer health data is collected in Washington — under the Washington My Health My Data Act (RCW 19.373);
- you live in Nevada, or your consumer health data is collected in Nevada — under Nevada’s consumer health data law (Senate Bill 370 of 2023, NRS chapter 603A);
- you live in Connecticut — under the consumer health data provisions of the Connecticut Data Privacy Act (Conn. Gen. Stat. § 42-515 et seq., as amended by Public Act 23-56).
Each law defines “consumer health data” a little differently. Broadly, it is personal information that is linked or reasonably linkable to you and that identifies, or is used to identify, your past, present or future physical or mental health. Under Washington law it also includes health information that is inferred or derived from other information.
Consumer Health Data We May Collect or Infer
We sell herbal dietary supplements and botanical skincare, so ordinary shopping information can reveal or suggest something about your health or body. Depending on how you use our site, we may collect or infer the following categories of consumer health data:
- Browsing and cart activity. Which of our products you view and add to your cart.
- Purchase information. The products you order, return or exchange, and your order history, together with the name, email address and shipping address on the order.
- Information you choose to tell us.Anything about your health that you include when you contact customer support or write a product review — for example, a condition, symptom, allergy or medication you mention.
- Inferences.Health-related interests that could be inferred from the information above, by us or by the analytics and advertising providers that receive it (see “Who We Share It With”).
What we do not collect
- Our health self-check, the Body Balance Assessment at /assessment, is scored in your browser. Your answers are never sent to us or stored.
- Our product quiz saves your progress on your device only, so you can pick up where you left off. Your answers are not sent to us.
- We do not collect precise location from your device. Our site uses your IP address only to tell which country or U.S. state you are visiting from, and keeps only that code.
Where It Comes From
- From you, when you place an order, contact us or write a review.
- From your browser or device, through cookies, pixels and similar technologies on our site, when analytics or marketing is on (see “Your Consent”).
- From Shopify, which runs our checkout at shop.uhealthfit.com and provides us with the details of the orders you place.
How We Use It
- To fulfill your orders— to process payment, ship your order, and handle returns and exchanges.
- To provide customer support— to answer your questions and requests.
- Site analytics— to understand how our site is used so we can improve it.
- Advertising measurement— to measure how our ads on Google, Facebook and Instagram perform, for example whether a visit from an ad led to a product being viewed or added to the cart.
We use consumer health data for site analytics and advertising measurement only with your consent where the law requires it. In Washington, Nevada and Connecticut, that means only after you agree (see “Your Consent”). We may also use or disclose consumer health data where the law requires us to, for example to respond to valid legal process.
Who We Share It With
- Shopify, our e-commerce platform. Shopify runs our checkout at shop.uhealthfit.com and processes your order details under its own privacy policy, the Shopify Consumer Privacy Policy.
- Google, through Google Analytics 4 and Google’s conversion linker, loaded by Google Tag Manager. When analytics or marketing is on, Google receives the pages you visit and the products you view and add to your cart, including which product.
- Meta, through the Meta pixel, which measures our Facebook and Instagram ads. When marketing is on, Meta receives the pages you visit, the products you view and add to your cart (including which product), and certain other actions on our site.
- Service providersthat help us run our business — such as website hosting, product reviews, email, payment processing and shipping — and that handle information on our behalf.
Google and Meta also receive the technical information any website request carries, such as your IP address and browser, together with the identifiers their cookies store. They handle what they receive under their own terms and privacy policies.
We do not sell consumer health data
We do not sell consumer health data.
Your Consent
In Washington, Nevada and Connecticut, our analytics and marketing tags do not load until you agree to them. When you arrive, a banner asks for your choice, with “Accept all”, “Reject all” and a choice for each category. Until you agree to a category, its tags stay off. We tell where you are from your IP address and keep only the country or state code.
Elsewhere in the United States, analytics and marketing are on by default. Wherever you are, if your browser sends a Global Privacy Control (GPC) signal, we turn marketing off automatically.
Because we rely on your IP address, the banner may not appear if, for example, you use a VPN or are traveling outside your state. You can still turn analytics and marketing off at any time, as described below.
We do not ask for separate consent to collect and use the information needed to provide something you have asked for, such as processing and delivering your order or answering your message.
Withdrawing your consent
You can change or withdraw your choice at any time from Cookie settings, linked at the bottom of every page. Withdrawing stops our analytics and marketing tags in that browser and deletes the cookies and local-storage entries they set. It does not reach information already sent to Google or Meta. To ask us to delete consumer health data, see “Your Rights” below.
Your Rights
Depending on the state you live in, you have the right to:
- Confirm and access.Ask whether we collect, share or sell your consumer health data, and get access to it — including a list of the third parties and affiliates we have shared it with, and an email address or online way to contact each of them.
- Delete. Ask us to delete your consumer health data. Where the law requires, we will also notify the processors, affiliates and other third parties we shared it with, so that they delete it too.
- Withdraw consent. Withdraw your consent to our collecting or sharing your consumer health data at any time. For analytics and marketing, use Cookie settings; for anything else, email us.
- Appeal. Appeal if we decline to act on your request.
Our Privacy Policy describes other rights you may have over your personal information, such as correction, portability and opting out of targeted advertising. We will not discriminate against you for exercising any of these rights.
How to make a request
Email service@uhealthfit.comwith “Consumer health data request” in the subject line. Tell us what you are asking for, the state you live in, and the email address you use with us.
Verifying your request
Before we act on a request to access or delete consumer health data, we need to confirm that it comes from you. We use commercially reasonable means — usually by checking that the request comes from the email address on your orders, or by asking you to confirm details of an order. If we cannot verify a request, we will tell you and may ask for more information.
When we will respond
We will respond within 45 days of receiving your request, or sooner where the law that applies to you requires. If we reasonably need more time, we may extend this once by up to 45 more days; if we do, we will tell you within the first 45 days and explain why. We respond to requests free of charge, up to twice a year.
Appeals
If we decline to act on your request, in whole or in part, we will tell you why. You can appeal by replying to our decision or by emailing service@uhealthfit.comwith “Appeal” in the subject line. Within 45 days of receiving your appeal, we will tell you in writing what we decided and why. If we deny your appeal, we will tell you how to contact your state’s Attorney General to submit a complaint.
Geofencing
We do not geofence health-care facilities. We do not set up virtual boundaries around places that provide in-person health care services to identify or track the people who visit them, to collect consumer health data from them, or to send them notifications, messages or ads.
Changes to This Policy
We may update this policy from time to time. We will post the revised version on this page, update the effective date, and give notice as the law requires.
